- Q: How long will I receive your supporting response?
- A: As usual, you will get our supporting response in a workday, except for weekends or holidays due to the time difference. But in most cases you'll get our prompt reply in a few hours or immediately.
- Q: How can I receive the free trial version of your software?
- A: Its so easy! You can get our softwares trial version, just visit our website-topsoftwareol.com, click the download button under our products icon. When you run the program after installed it on your computer, a registration request window will pop up. Click Register Later, then you can use the trial version.
- Q: When will I receive my license code after I complete the order?
- A: First, find the product you need on our website. Click Buy Now button, then follow the lead to finish your order. Then you will get the license code by Email immediately after your successful purchase. However, sometimes you may not receive it for some reasons (for the details, please see below).
- Note: Please provide valid Email address when you fill the order form. Please keep registration information of the software you received well for further use.
- Q: Why I haven't received the license code for several hours after my purchase?
- A: Normally you'll receive the license code by E-mail immediately after your successful purchase. If you haven't received the E-mail in several hours, maybe there's something wrong(for example, our E-mail is blocked by your E-mail service provider). - Q: How to register your software?
- A: After you purchase our software (you can find the purchase link on our site as well as in our software) we will send the registration info to you via Email within one business day. Download the software you bought from our site and run it. Click "Register" button and enter your license name and license code to finish the registration.
- Note: When you enter the Register Name and Register Code, we suggest you copy and paste them into the corresponding box (Please don't add any blank before or after it.) in order to mix up the Num 0 and Character O or Num 1 and Character l, also it will help you to differentiate capital letters and lower-case letters.
- Q: I entered the license code you sent to me, but the software said "Registration info is invalid". Why?
- A: There are several possible reasons for the failed registration.
- 1.This is caused by entry error. You'd better copy and paste the license code to avoid a typo. And please don't add any blank before or after the code.
- 2.License code is for the old version, but you use it to register upgrade version.
- 3.You order or download wrong product, such as mix up Top DVD Ripper and Top DVD Ripper Platinum.
- 4.You mix up the Windows and Mac version products. Please note that they are completely two different products and get different license code for each own. You'd better copy and paste the license code to avoid a typo. And please note don't add any blank before or after the code.
- Q: I lost my license code, can you send it again?
- A: Sure. Please email to us at support@topsoftwareol.com and enclose your order related information (such as Order ID, E-mail address and name you used when you purchased etc.) which will enable us to find your order in our database in time.
- Q: If I purchase your software, can I upgrade it for free in the future and how to apply the upgrade?
- A: If you have purchased our softwares, you can always get normal update version of the software for free. Please visit our website-topsoftwareol.com and download our update version software. You can register it with the original license code to finish the registration.
- Q: Do I need to re-register after I re-install the software?
- A: Yes. Thats right. You need to re-register with the original registration information after you re-install the software.
